VISION

• To initiate the inter-disciplinary research activities among the various departments of University for the better utilization of basic and applied research.
  
  
• To enhance research activities of faculty members that had been inducted since last few years.
  
  
• To improve the ranking of UET, Taxila by introducing new programs and departments.
  
  
• To provide man power which can serve strategic organizations of Pakistan by using the experience of applied research.
  
  
• To combine the individual research efforts into a team which should work for patenting the ideas at national and international level rather just publishing it.
