of Pakistan has setup Higher Education Commission (HEC)
whose objective is to raise the standard and quality
of local research in the universities of Pakistan with
the aim of building people and transforming knowledge
based society who could help in opening new avenues
for economic prosperity. In order to achieve this ultimate
objective of quality research, HEC is giving local and
foreign scholarships to the talented students in all
the fields of technologies so that these people could
contribute positively in nation building.
Institute of Applied Technologies
(IAT) has been formed as a liaison between LT Engineering
and Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd, Hassan Abdal, Pakistan
and University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila
to provide a common platform to the scholars to carry
out research at graduate and post graduate level in
the technology fields of Device and Integrated Circuit
Design.
