Prof. Dr. Liaqat Ali Qureshi from Department
of Civil Engineering, University of Engineering &
Technology Taxila was awarded Quaid-e-Azam Gold Medal
by Tehrek-e-Istehkam Pakistan Council.
The medal awarding ceremony was held on 13th of June
2010 at National Auditorium Lahore.
These medals are given each year to different personalities
of Pakistan from all fields of life on the basis of
their excellent performance. The chief guest of this
ceremony was Dr. Mujahid Kamran, Vice Chancellor Punjab
University Lahore who gave away medals to the participants.
