Course Management System - UET Taxila
COURSE DESCRIPTION This course provides a great contribution to the curricula in Computer Engineering. It is an integrated course in the rapidly growing field of wireless networks and mobile computing and a good choice of a technical elective in networking for undergraduate students. The proposed course provides coverage of wireless networks and mobile computing that is both comprehensive and accessible to upper-division undergraduate students. Students will review the basics of wireless networks in form of transmission fundamentals and communication networks. Then they gain exposure to basic wireless network technologies, including wireless local area networks, the Internet Protocol (IP) suite, and mobile applications.
