COURSE DESCRIPTION The subject is aiming at the use of Simulation modeling to analyze complex manufacturing and service systems. The course demonstrates the concepts of simulation in general and discrete event simulation in particular. Understanding of ARENA simulation modeling software will equip the students with the capability to design, improve and experiment with the manufacturing systems.
