COURSE DESCRIPTION Subject: Object Oriented Programming
Instructor: Engr. Mohammad Haroon Yousaf
Class: 3rd Semester Computer Engineering (07-Session)
Course Objectives: The course is designed to teach object oriented techniques to those who have learned basic programming concepts. Topics include Classes, Objects, Parameters, Recursion, Iteration, Arrays, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Exceptions, Swing , Event Handling and File I/O. Java programming language is used to demonstrate the object oriented programming constructs. Students are required to have detailed knowledge of C ++.
Text Book: There is no specific text book to this course. Each lecture will be accompanied by an appropriate reading material. These readings are gathered after extensive scrutiny of the text books on object oriented programming and Java. Reference Books:
