Dr. Ali Javed, Assistant Professor in Software Engineering Department at University of Engineering and Technology-Taxila, Pakistan was awarded the travel grant by Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan to present his research paper at IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics (ICCE), 2016. Prof. Dr. Daniel Cremer who is heading computer vision research group at Technical University of Munich, Germany and conference chair for CVPR was one of the keynote speaker at ICCE 2016. In ICCE 2016, 211 papers were selected for publication from 15 different countries.
