IEEE Student Branch UET Taxila has won Darrel Chong Activity Award Silver Medal 2017 in IEEE Region 10 (Asia Pacific Region).

IEEE UET Taxila took many new initiatives that has demonstrated steps toward improving the quality of Student Activities and the fostering of knowledge sharing. The commitment of Prof. Dr. Gulistan Raja as Counselor, the student leadership and all the volunteers of IEEE SB, WIE AG, CES & PES Chapters UET Taxila are highly regarded and this award recognizes the consistent progress of this Student Branch.
