Engr. Marriam Nawaz has successfully completed her PhD under the supervision of
Dr. Ali Javed, Associate Professor, Software Engineering Department, UET Taxila.
The research topic for her PhD thesis was "Face Swap and Face-Reenactment Deep fakes Detection"
in which she developed three Machine learning and deep learning frameworks to locate forensic manipulations
introduced in videos. She is currently serving as a faculty member in Department of Software Engineering, UET Taxila.
