Accomodation

Foreign Participants

The accommodation for Foreign Guests has been arranged at UET Taxila. The accommodation will be provided for the nights of 19, 20 and 21st April, 2018 only.

Local Participants

The accommodation for Local Participants from within the country has been arranged at UET Taxila. All local participants will be provided shared accommodation. The accommodation fee is Rs-2000 per person.
However, any special and individual requests by the guests will be at their on expense. The material regarding conference will be handed over to the delegates at the venues after registration on their arrival. A registration desk will be available at the venue on 19th April for the delegates coming from abroad.
Lunches and English Tea/Coffee/Green Tea will be served free of cost near the conference hall on each day of the conference. The conference dinner will be on the second day of conference.
