On December 16, 2023, Dr. Syed Muhammad Abdul Rehman Shah (UET Taxila) explored the topic "Movement from Theory to Practice in Islamic Finance: Exploring the Potential Research Areas" with IBA Faculty, SECP, SBP, and Karachi Stock Exchange professionals, and research students at IBA Karachi in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ehab Shami (VC of American International Theism University), Dr. Hidayat ur Rehman, Dr. Shahid Habib, and Dr. Irum Saba of IBA. In accordance with the Federal Shari'at Court's directives from April 2022, we can seek political will to direct the states' resources toward developing the capacity of Islamic human and financial resources to realize the dream of an Islamic economy in 2027.
