Eligibility criteria

Students with four years of Bachelor degree in the following domains (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, AI or equivalent are eligible for admission.

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or 60% marks in their previous academic qualification.

Applicants are required to qualify:

• GRE/HAT General/Equivalent test conducted by testing bodies accredited by HEC, with a minimum score of 50%, OR
• Test of the equivalent level conducted by the University with a minimum score of 50%.

Admission Process

The university typically admits students to the MS (Data Science) program twice a year — in the Fall and Spring semesters. Interested applicants are required to submit a duly filled application form, which is available both on the official UET website and at the office of ASR&TD.
