Alhamdolillah, one more University being added in Ihsan Trust's (IT) Interest Free Loan facility program. On Dec 19, 2023, IT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Taxila to provide the Interest Free Loan facility to the needy students of UET Taxila on purely "Need cum Merit" basis. The MOU was signed by the Registrar - UET Taxila Dr. Jawad Hussain and from IT's side, it was signed by the General Manager IT - Mr. Fayyaz Ur Rehman Khan. Vice Chancellor UET Taxila Prof. Dr. Qaiser - Uz - Zaman Khan, Prof Dr. Muhammad Ali Nasir - Professor/Convener Scholarship Committee - UET Taxila and Treasurer UET Taxila Prof Dr. Hafiz Adnan Habib were also present during the MOU signing ceremony at UET Taxila Main Campus, Taxila.

An orientation session was also done by the GM IT for the Senior Management of UET Taxila (including VC and other team members mentioned above), Head of Departments and faculty of UET Taxila about Ihsan Trust and its working and operations.

UET Taxila is one the top ranked and most sought after Engineering University in Pakistan situated in the North Punjab. It has six (09) departments offering 16 Programs in Engineering, Basic Sciences and Humanities.

By offering this scheme to UET Taxila, their students would be facilitated by providing them financial assistance in the form of Interest Free Loan, irrespective of their gender, religion, cast and socio economic status etc. No discrimination of any sort, the only criteria is "Need Cum Merit" basis. This collaboration will now enable more students of UET Taxila (who are in need of assistance) to carry on and complete their Undergraduate, Graduate, MS, Phd Programs from UET Taxila.
