Transport Section of the University arranged a seminar on " Awareness about Traffic Rules and Road Safety" on 23/04/2024 in Multipurpose Hall, UET, Taxila in coordination with National Highway and Motorway Police. Mr. Ishfaq Ahmed Khan (PSP), Deputy Inspector General (N-5), National Highway and Motorway Police was Chief Guest, he delivered a lecture regarding road safety and urged the audience to follow the traffic rules for the safety of human life. He said that NHMP is a model police of the country we are in touch with community and various stakeholders for further improvement for reduction in number of accidents and saving lives.

Seminar was attended by large number of students and Transport staff.
