UET, Taxila, actively participated in the 2nd All Punjab Universities Innovation Expo 2023 organized by PHEC at Expo Center, Lahore on November 20, 2023. The event was attended by both Public and Private sector universities of the province at large. 08 exceptional projects of this university supervised by Prof. Dr. Riffat Asim Pasha, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Nasir, Mechanical Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Salman Amin, Electrical Engineering Department, Dr. Ali Javed, Software Engineering Department, Engr. Muhammad Tahir Iqbal, Electronics Engineering Department, Dr. Sadia Nasreen, Engr. Bilal Asif, and Engr. Babar Abbas, Environmental Engineering Department were showcased in the expo.

During the expo stalls of UET, Taxila were personally visited by Honorable Governor/Chancellor Muhammad Balig ur Rehman, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson, PHEC, Dr. Amjad Saqib, Chairperson, BISP and other notables. Prof. Dr. Qaiser uz Zaman Khan, Vice-Chancellor briefed about the projects and their feasibility plans within the industry.
